Dear Members and Board of JACO
It is with great honor and humility that I write to you for the first time as the new Chief Executive Officer of the JACO Organization. I am deeply grateful for the trust placed in me, and I look forward to working alongside each of you as we continue to advance JACO’s mission and values.
JACO stands on a strong foundation built through dedication, integrity, and service. As we begin this new chapter, we will remain committed to listening, learning, and collaborating closely with our members, board members, advisory board and partners to ensure sustainable growth and continued positive impact within our community.
I would also like to extend my sincere and heartfelt appreciation to our outgoing CEO for his steadfast service over the past five years. Mr. Carl Wilkinson provided clear vision, steady leadership, and an unwavering commitment to the organization’s purpose. His guidance has left JACO stronger and well-positioned for the future.
To Ms. Mary Shelton- board member, for her outstanding work in strengthening JACO’s voice, reputation, and community presence. Our deepest thanks to Ms. Avemaria Smart for her organizational, fastidious expertise and continued position support as Chief Operating Officer, to Mrs. Clover Graham for her continued position in support as Chief Financial Officer; her prudent financial stewardship and transparency is indelible.
The leadership team also extends gratitude to the Board, Advisory board and all members whose service has made a lasting and meaningful impact on the organization.
As we move forward, I am excited about the opportunities ahead and confident that, together, we will continue to build on JACO’s legacy of excellence. I welcome your insights, collaboration, and support as we work collectively toward our shared goals.
