Administrative Leadership and Management

• Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management at Saint Mary’s College, Moraga, California.
• Many years of experience as a Tax Administrator at the Employment Development Tax Office in the Sacramento Area where I have managed a collection crew. In this assignment I have had the responsibility of planning, organizing, and directing the operations of the group I managed. I have assisted in the development and implementation of policy; initiating process improvement efforts; enhanced communication at the group, section, and Division levels. As the Site manager for the Field Audit and Tax Compliance field office I provide leadership to ensure site responsibilities and functions are accomplished.  I establish an atmosphere of teamwork at the site through open and honest communication between the management team and staff.
